One of the gaps that has kept coming up for me is the difference in risk taking appetite when it comes to going all in, with time/money. Working with folks who might already have independent children, are securely housed or partnered - seem to have more capacity to take financial risks or put in more time, which can make it hard to keep up. I’d love that dynamic to be named in teams.

Omg finally this article. Been wanting to have this chat with people from other generations for yonks. I’ve noticed the generational gap has made making working for an organisation feel impossible for me, without good naming and process to intervene. This articulates the tensions so well.
